The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as \u201cGDPR\u201d) is:<\/p>

(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cController\u201d).<\/p>

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.<\/p>

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data<\/h2>

The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to the Controller or personal data that the Controller has obtained in connection with the performance of your order.<\/p>

The Controller processes identification and contact data as well as data necessary for contract performance, namely:<\/p>

  • First and last name<\/p><\/li>

  • Residential address \/ address of service performance<\/p><\/li>

  • Email address<\/p><\/li>

  • Phone number<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing<\/h2>

    The legal basis for processing personal data is:<\/p>

    • Performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (provision of \u201cHandyman\u201d services).<\/p><\/li>

    • Fulfilment of the Controller\u2019s legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      The purpose of personal data processing is:<\/p>

      • Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.
        Personal data required for successful order processing (name, address, contact details) are mandatory. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        IV. Data Retention Period<\/h2>

        The Controller stores personal data:<\/p>

        • For the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert related claims.<\/p><\/li>

        • For marketing purposes, until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years, if personal data are processed based on consent.<\/p><\/li>

        • Accounting documents (invoices) are archived in accordance with accounting legislation for a period of 10 years.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          After the expiration of the retention period, the Controller deletes (destroys) the personal data.<\/p>

          V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller\u2019s Processors)<\/h2>

          Recipients of personal data are persons:<\/p>

          • Involved in service delivery or payment processing under the contract.<\/p><\/li>

          • Providing website operation and related services.<\/p><\/li>

          • Providing accounting services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organisation.<\/p>

            VI. Your Rights<\/h2>

            Under the conditions set out in GDPR, you have the right to:<\/p>

            • Access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR.<\/p><\/li>

            • Rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR.<\/p><\/li>

            • Erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR.<\/p><\/li>

            • Object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR.<\/p><\/li>

            • Data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.<\/p><\/li>

            • Withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time, in writing or electronically, using the contact details provided in Article I.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.<\/p>

              VII. Personal Data Security Conditions<\/h2>

              The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.<\/p>

              Technical measures include securing data storage and physical records (e.g. passwords, antivirus software, backups).<\/p>

              The Controller declares that only authorised persons have access to personal data.<\/p>

              VIII. Final Provisions<\/h2>

              By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy in full.<\/p>

              The Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published on the website.<\/p>
